Operations & logistics

A working base, building toward the berth.

Receiving, crushing, screening, storage, and export preparation run from our warehouse in Mindanao. Material moves by container today and by bulk vessel at scale — with a private export berth under development.

Facility

3,000 sqm covered warehouse.

Our Mindanao base handles the full path from intake to export: receiving, crushing, screening, storage, and export preparation under one roof.

  • 3,000 sqm covered
  • On-site truck scale
  • Concrete access road

Sourcing model

First collector, close to source.

For charcoal, we buy as a first collector from established producers — keeping us close to supply and able to match a buyer's grade. The current warehouse can also stock charcoal, and dedicated processing and warehousing can be developed at a separate site should a major buyer or investor partnership proceed.
